Adrian Tagoya (BEHS, PGD M&E, MRPP) – Grants and results management

Adrian is a development oriented individual with passion for holistic development of rural communities. He is multidimensionally skilled with over 10 years’ vast experience in project design, Implementation and Monitoring of RMNCAH, Environmental Health, rural development, research and public policy related initiatives.
He has been part of the management teams of i) Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) supported health and rural development projects such as the famous Project for the Establishment of Saemaul Model Villages in Uganda (ESMV); ii) Uganda Development and Health Associates (UDHA) and; iii) Uganda National Health Consumers’ Organization (UNHCO).
Adrian is an active member of the Uganda Evaluation Association (UEA, he represents KOICA at the National Health Development Partners Group and the Governance Standards & Policy Regulation (GSPR) Technical Working Group of the ministry of Health.
